We knit merino in fine gauges using low-micron fibers, typically 18.5 to 21.5 micron, and we can source finer or coarser grades to match your comfort and durability requirements. Merino is usually blended with nylon for reinforcement and a touch of elastane for fit recovery. Depending on the intended use, we add cushioning and reinforced heel and toe zones, so the same yarn base can serve everyday comfort, hiking, or running lines. Merino can also be carried into graduated compression programs — travel, everyday support and recovery wear up to 20–30 mmHg — with the blend confirmed per program so the knit holds its pressure.
