1. Agreement

By accessing https://sockmanufacture.com (the "Site") or requesting services from SockManufacture ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Services

We provide B2B custom sock manufacturing and wholesale services. Products are made to order for brands, wholesalers and distributors. We do not sell directly to retail consumers through this Site.

3. Quotes and Orders

• Quotes are provided based on the details you submit and are valid for the period stated in the quote.
• All orders are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 300 pairs per style and color, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• An order is confirmed only after our written order confirmation, including agreed specifications, quantity, price and payment terms.
• Typical lead time is 4 weeks from sample approval, subject to the agreed production schedule.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted do not include shipping, customs duties, taxes or other charges unless expressly stated. Payment terms are set out in the order confirmation. Production begins only after the agreed deposit or payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Samples and Specifications

Pre-production samples are produced for approval before mass production. You are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, including design, color and logo accuracy. Approval of a sample constitutes acceptance of the specification for the production run.

6. Intellectual Property

You represent that any designs, logos or artwork you provide are your own or that you have the right to use them. You retain ownership of your provided materials, and you grant us a limited license to use them solely to fulfill your order. Content on this Site is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
